About the Conference
Environmental degradation and public health issue is a matter of more concern due to rapid industrialization, unsustainable resource use and climate change. Air and water pollution, water scarcity, land degradation and poor waste management are placing severe stress on ecosystems and human well-being. These challenges are further intensifying health risks through exposure to pollutants, chemical hazards, emerging diseases and lifestyle-related disorders. Addressing these complex issues requires an integrated and interdisciplinary approach linking health, environment, energy, water, waste and sustainability. In this context, the āInternational Conference on Emerging Trends in Health, Environment and Sustainability (ETHES-2026)ā aims to provide a global platform for academicians, researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, industry experts and students to exchange ideas, share research outcomes and discuss solution-oriented strategies for sustainable environmental and public health management. International conferences, ETHES-2026 seeks to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and promote science-based solutions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Department of Biosciences, Gurugram University, is committed to excellence in interdisciplinary education and research in Earth, Environmental, and Life Sciences. It offers postgraduate and Ph.D. programmes in Environmental Sciences, Botany, and Zoology, supported by eminent faculty. The Department has modem laboratories and advanced research facilities with strengths in Environmental and Earth Sciences, Material Science and Nanotechnology for their applications in sustainability, biological systems and healthcare.
