The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Central Sector Scheme of Government of India aimed at developing the personality of students through community service. NSS volunteers actively participate in social development activities including health awareness, environmental protection, cleanliness drives, blood donation camps, disaster management, and rural development programmes. The motto of NSS, "Not Me But You", reflects the spirit of democratic living and selfless service.
