Dr. Singh has around 20 research publications including SCI (Science Citation Index), IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), Web of Science, Scopus, Elsevier, Springer Nature, National &International peer-reviewed journals/ seminars/symposiums/conferences. Dr. Singh has participated/attended more than 15 AICTE/TEQIP/Govt. sponsored FDPs(Faculty Development Programs& workshops organized by state/central institutes NITs/IITs. He has been Co-Editor of the book entitled, “Vistas in Computer Aided Agri-Bio andEngineering Technologies”.HisArea of Research& Interest: VLSI Design Technology, Device Electronics, Modelling and Simulation,Semiconductor Materials and Devices, Digital Designusing CMOS, Analog ICDesign, IC Processing Techniques, Communication &Microprocessors. He is a person of strengths includes Self Confidence, Positive approach, Adaptable to changes, Ability to learn newTechnologies.
