The University Centre for Data Analytics & Computing (UCDAC) has successfully implemented various ICT initiatives to strengthen digital infrastructure, e-Governance and academic support.

Official Email Services

Official email accounts on the gurugramuniversity.ac.in domain have been created and provided to all University employees, departments, branches and offices.

University Website

The University website is completely designed, developed and maintained in-house. The design, content and functionality are updated regularly as per University requirements.

Centre Store Software

Developed an in-house software solution for the management of the Centre Store, which is ready for implementation.

DigiLocker Integration

Successfully uploaded students' degree records for academic sessions 2018–2020 and 2019–2020 as per the guidelines of the Higher Education Department.

Campus Wi-Fi

Achieved 100 Mbps Wi-Fi connectivity across all University departments, branches and administrative offices.

ICT Infrastructure

Procured and deployed projectors, laptops, computers, printers and other ICT equipment for teaching, learning and administration.

Computer Laboratories

Established two Wi-Fi enabled computer laboratories for practical classes, online examinations, research and academic activities.

Server Infrastructure

Established dedicated server rooms with centralized servers to ensure data security, storage and reliable services.

ERP Management

Coordinating with ERP service providers to implement updates and enhancements across University portals.

Network Administration

Managing University bandwidth and network resources for smooth academic and administrative operations.

Additional ICT Infrastructure Management

  • Provided ICT support for seminars, conferences, MoUs, cultural programmes, workshops and youth festivals.
  • Implemented computer laboratory discipline protocols and issued operational guidelines for students.
  • Strengthened cybersecurity through deployment of antivirus solutions and firewall security.
  • Continuous monitoring and maintenance of the University's ICT infrastructure.
